One Wing Challenge for Autism
Each year Pappy's Place teams up with local businesses, Organizations and Capable. Capable is a non-profit organization in Scottsboro that helps individuals and families in Jackson County that are affected by Autism. They provide assistance with medical needs, travel assistance, electronic needs, communication needs and more.
Each year local businesses come together with Pappy's Place to create a fun and family friendly day filled with Games, Prizes, Free Food and Drinks and the opportunity to try Pappy's Hot Wing Challenge. Participants get the opportunity once a year to try just 1 of Pappy's Beyond Flaming Hot Wings and all money raised goes to Capable.
It is a special day to celebrate these amazing individuals and raise funds to continue assistance in our area. The money raised stays in Jackson County and that is crucial to our community.
Fundraising Opportunities
Fundraising is crucial to our community organizations and schools. Sporting programs, educational programs, special interest programs, whether community based, or school based, are always in need of extra support.
We make this process very easy! We offer fundraising dinning nights. Organizations simply choose a night and invite their supporters and the community to dine at Pappy's Place. They receive a portion of all sales received on their chosen night.
It's a great way to highlight the organization and bring the community together to support, learn and meet about not only the organization, but the people in their community.

Locally Sourced Product
Our community means a great deal to us. And we try to support our local economy as much as possible.
Whenever possible, we source our products from local sellers. Our Ribeye's are grass fed beef from right down the road in Woodville.
In Season our tomatoes and other vegetables come from local farmers in.Section, AL
Our tables were made with wood cut in Fyffe, AL by a one-man sawmill.
Our Hot peppers are all locally grown and locally dried to ensure we can bring the heat through the whole year.
